With over 15 years of diverse experience across various roles in manufacturing, I bring a unique blend of technical knowledge, leadership skills and a passion for people development.
My career has taken me through key departments such as Customer Service, Warehouse, Health & Safety and Production, providing me with a holistic understanding of manufacturing operations.
Along the way, I have progressed into leadership positions honing my abilities to guide and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results. This broad exposure has equipped me with expertise in critical areas like people management, health and safety compliance, quality assurance, data analysis and employee development.
My true passion lies in nurturing talent and helping individuals reach their full potential. Since obtaining my Level 3 Award in Education and Training, I have enthusiastically delivered a wide range of courses and job specific training programs. When in supervisory and managerial roles, I took great pleasure in dedicating time to work closely with team members, crafting personalised Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and providing the support and guidance needed for their professional growth and career advancement.
This aspect of my work, mentoring, supporting, developing and training others, brings me the deepest sense of fulfillment. I am driven to continue advancing my career in the training and development field where I can make an even greater impact.
