However, First Class Safety Training Ltd is not liable for any incidents, accidents or damage that may occur outside the training sessions, in situations that deviate from the provided training, or where the training is not properly implemented.

By participating in the training, you acknowledge and agree that First Class Safety Training Ltd is not responsible for any personal injury, damage or financial loss arising from the use, misuse, or incorrect application of the skills and knowledge acquired during the training. Indemnity
Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless First Class Safety Training Ltd, its trainers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages or expenses, including legal fees, arising from the use or application of the first aid and health and safety skills acquired during the training.
