At First Class Safety Training Ltd, we understand that sometimes plans may change. However, to ensure the smooth running of our courses and manage resources effectively, we have put the following cancellation policy in place:
Cancellation by the Client:
- If a client cancels a workplace training course 30 days or more before the scheduled start date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
- If a client cancels a workplace training course less than 30 days before the scheduled start date, 50% of the total course fee will be payable.
Pre-Paid Courses:
- For pre-paid courses, if the client cancels the course within 14 days of the scheduled start date, no refund will be issued.
- If the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course start date, the refund will be processed based on our standard cancellation policy outlined above.
Rescheduling:
- If a course needs to be rescheduled, we will do our best to accommodate the client’s preferred dates, subject to availability. However, the cancellation policy will still apply based on the original booking date.
No Show:
- If the client does not attend the scheduled course without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the full course fee will be charged.
Cancellation by First Class Safety Training Ltd:
- In the unlikely event that First Class Safety Training Ltd needs to cancel a course, clients will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, clients will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
