This course equips learners with essential life saving skills to respond confidently to emergencies involving infants and children. Covering critical topics such as CPR, choking, seizures, bleeding and shock management. This course is ideal for parents, teachers, childcare providers and anyone responsible for children's safety. Participants will gain hands on experience in a practical, engaging 

environment, ensuring they are prepared to handle real life situations with confidence and competence. 

Course Content

· Assessing an incident

· Dealing with an unresponsive child or infant

· CPR and use of AED

· Recovery position

· Cardiac Arrest

· Bleeding

· Choking

· Shock

· Seizures

· Drowning

· Minor injuries

Assessments

Delegates will be continuously assessed throughout the course, to ensure they have met the learning outcomes. Learning objectives are also reinforced through written answers.
