This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to manage and implement a safe system for carrying out high risk work activities. The course covers the importance of permits, how to correctly issue, monitor and close permits. In addition, employees will understand their role in ensuring compliance with safety standards. It provides insights into managing tasks such as hot work, electrical work, confined space entry and other hazardous activities, while ensuring worker safety and regulatory compliance.

· Understand the purpose and principles of a Permit to Work system
· Identify high risk work activities that require a permit
· Properly issue, monitor, and close permits
· Understand roles and responsibilities in the PTW process
· Manage and control risks associated with hazardous work activities
